Complinet Policy Manager transforms your static documents (Word, PDF) into dynamic, web standard content applying strict quality control procedures across the entire process. Group permissioning and user-groups are established and your own corporate branding can be applied. Track Rules

Link internal policy, procedure and products to governing regulation and rules. The system actively tracks all external change and alerts you to changes relevant to your own internal policies.

If you are unsure of how any element of your internal policy or product connects to the vast range of current regulation, Policy Manager's Rule Suggest feature applies intelligent search technology to suggest the most relevant external rules that relate to your own internal policies.

Edit policies

The editor platform allows administrators to edit policies, create and publish new sections, and restructure manuals and current policy as required. It supports active versioning and linking between all relevant content: external and internal.

The editing platform is supported by workflow management that enables the allocation and management of different roles and responsibilities for creating, editing and managing internal policies and procedures.

Classify Content

The content classifier is a highly intelligent system that allows companies to create taxonomic structures for their policy and procedures to facilitate browsing, retrieval and quick, efficient amendment. It brings simplicity to a complex content management function.

Monitor Compliance

The RecordKeeper function allows administrators to assign content to specific users or groups of users and monitor and record what a user has attested to have read. It generates automatic reports and email chasers to prompt users to confirm that they have understood their content or editorial assignments. RecordKeeper can also be used to assign relevant e-learning courses to users to ensure that they understand fully their compliance obligations relative to business policy.

Publish

Policy Manager provides users with seamless access to all the policies and procedures that the administrator has designated to them. All relevant content is easily accessible through advanced search and retrieval tools. The user can view and traverse links to internal policy and procedure content together with relevant related rules and regulations governing policies. Users are also automatically alerted to work and attestation packages assigned through RecordKeeper.
