Complinet announcement of New CFO Appointment

London – 18 November 2008 - Complinet, the leading provider of connected solutions that deliver compliance intelligence to the financial services industry, has appointed Daryl Paton as chief financial officer based in London. Paton joined Complinet from Touchpaper, a £20m leading global provider of IT business management solutions, where he was CFO. Daryl has held the position of CFO of both privately held and publicly quoted organizations.

Prior to Touchpaper, Daryl served as chief operating officer and CFO of Hemscott, the international data group owned by Morningstar Inc. He has also served as CFO and commercial director of Telco Global Group, one of the fastest growing telecom companies in the UK; CFO of Eyretel, a UK listed global provider of voice and data recording services where he helped manage the sale of the business to Witness Systems in 2003; CFO of CMG UK, a division of CMG plc, the FTSE 100 software services company which employs more than 12,000 people worldwide; and CFO of Admiral Computing Worldwide and COO Admiral Software Limited, divisions of Admiral PLC, a FTSE 250 company with a turnover of £170m.

Paton is a chartered accountant and holds a BSc honours degree in biochemistry from Leeds University. He qualified with BDO.
